    I haven’t edited my website in a few months. Today when I log in and try to edit any page with the Advanced Layout Builder and click on any element I want to edit, it opens but is completely blank. I have disabled all plugins, updated WordPress, updated the Enfold theme, and nothing is working. Please log in to my site and help with this issue. Thank you!

    Thanks for that. I tried deactivating all plugins, but that didn’t change anything. I’m seeing a JavaScript and PHP error in the browser console, please see private. I’m not sure why that is, but I would suggest that you reach out to your hosting provider for further help with that. If you should need further help from us, then please share server error logs with us.

    GoDaddy said everything is fine with the server. They uploaded a script to verify. I’m just a web designer and I don’t know about coding and scripts. Everything was working fine a couple of months ago. I’ve been using Enfold themes for a couple of years now and have never run into this issue on any of my client’s sites. How can we get this issue resolved?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, but we can’t fix server errors for you unfortunately. The server is throwing the error on a default WordPress file, and all the other files in the error message are default WordPress files as well. You could try to reinstall WordPress and the theme to see if that changes anything.

    Hi,

    I would suggest that you create backup of your site before you start doing anything. You can export the theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export.

    Just an FYI, our site was injected with malware. That’s what was causing the issue. We have a security subscription with GoDaddy and they fixed it. Thank you so much for your help!
