I cannot make the advancer lay slider work or a plugin call Master Slider to run in WordPress. When installed the preview runs correctly. However then the slider is used on the site as a widget, a short code or through the theme and the sliders spot is either blank or the the slider is somewhat load like the background or a slide or two but not the whole slide. I tried the slide that came with the theme and a new paid plugin and had the same result. I also tried a pre-made page and a pre-made slide and the same non-active slider error happen. I called a wordpress techy and them still claimed it was a theme issue and not a wordpress setting issue. Everything was working fine. I did try to resort an old back up too from when I new it was working and the issue still was occurring. I have tried disabling all plugin (s) and all the other items I found to do online and nothing seems to be working.

Thank you for using the theme.
Did you migrate the website on another domain? The image links are incorrect. In order to migrate the theme successfully and leave the database intact, please use this plugin: WP MigrateDB or WP MigrateDB PRO
Refer to this link for more info on how to properly migrate your enfold website from production to development vice versa:

I cleaned those out to avoid confusion. I also have worked on this and was able to restore the LayerSlider WP by reinstalling one. The Master Slider Plugin still will not work with the theme though. I try the preview and it works fine, I install the short code on the theme and I get a white space no the website.
It the issue that I have two sliders on the theme installed at once or something?
June 17, 2014 at 3:27 am #279808Hey!
Thank you for the update.
I’m not sure why the Master Slider Plugin is not working on the site. Yes, maybe they are in conflict with one another. Note that we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the master slider plugin author for more info.
Best regards,
