Hi,
I would like to add an area in the single posts sidebar containing different info for each post.
I tried Enfold advertising area widget but the major problem is that the image (content) remains the same for all posts.
Is there any way to set a customizable area in the sidebar whose content I can manage for each single blog post?
ThanksOctober 24, 2014 at 8:44 am #340505Hey geostru!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can create a custom widget area on Appearance > Widgets. Choose this as the sidebar of a specific post on Layout > Sidebar Setting. This will be a bit difficult to manage if you have a lot of posts. If you’re looking to dynamically edit the sidebar for each posts, I’m sorry but we won’t be able to help you with that.

Thank you for your reply – dynamically editing of the side bar is what I was thinking at. We have software for engineering, and our posts are about different engineering aspects, and we would like to connect this posts to the specific software product that we have and that solves the engineering problem discussed in the post. I noticed we can add [product sku=””] at the end of the post for example, but we wanted something more visible during reading, and that is why we tought at the sidebar.
(you can see a post example at http://www.geostrustore.com/retaining-walls-technical-guidance/).
Please let me know if you might have some other idea on this.
Thanks againOctober 28, 2014 at 4:36 pm #342301Hi!
It is possible but it would require a heavy customization to the theme, unfortunately that’s outside our support scope. If you really need it you would have to contact a developer from Envato Studio or Codeable.

Thank you for the update.
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing. Regarding the issue at hand, maybe creating variable, chained or grouped products will help. Please refer to these links:
