    Hello,

I recently updated to Enfold 4.41 (using child theme) and am using the “load only used elements” option under the disabling of template builder elements. But now I am getting an error in the admin area on my blog pages in the sidebar where I have logos for social media icons. The error is saying “this element was disabled in your theme settings. You can activate it here…Performance Settings” I thought the recommended setting would load elements I’m using. I disabled all plug-ins to see if there was a plug-in issue and there isn’t. Would appreciate your suggestions on a solution. Thanks,

This URL shows the sidebar without the social media logos:

    Hey iveyeng,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,

    Hi iveyeng,

You have the files in your child theme, are they updated with the fresh copies?

If the “Load only used elements” is not working for you, you can try other options.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Lisa,

Fresh copies meaning the copies from the latest version of the theme. Have they been updated? They need to be manually updated and then the customizations, if any, to be added on top.

But this might not be causing the issue, you might want to use the “Always load elements” option in the Performance tab.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
