Adjust Width of custom social icon

Afternoon
We are currently in the process of setting up a new website at address

i need some assistance with adjusting the width of the second custom social icon being placed in the top bar above the main menu
i need to be able to specify just the second social icon for width of 100px

can you please review and confirm what needs to be done
