Adjust space above and below sidebar widgets

Look at any sidebar with Enfold theme, it has happened ever since my first theme 6 or 7 years ago.

On any Enfold website we have ever done the sidebar widgets have a huge gap between them

What is the fix to get the sidebar objects (widgets) closer together?
