Adjust Right Side of Table

How can I adjust the right side of the second and third tables so that the column widths match the column widths of the first table on the following page?

Hi,

I’m not quite sure that is possible as the first table has 4 columns while the other has two? Are you looking to keep all table full width and even or does that not matter?

Hi,

I’m asking if you want the second and third columns to be the same width as the first. This will be tough to achieve as they don’t have equal column amounts.
