Adjust behaviour of the main-menu

Hi,

I want to have an image above the header. Inserted this according https://kriesi.at/support/topic/place-a-image-above-the-header/ .
This is almost what I want, is it possible to let in the container and get it full-width? Or must I rename the div and set it to 100%? See the private-part for a link to my site.

Most important problem is the menu, it doesn’t scroll with the image to the top. Added the suggested code mentioned in the post above, now it gets to the top, but it’s not nice like this.
