Tried to add addthis to our wordpress blog. The plugin is active and the javascript is on the page.

This code seems like the culprit:
class=”at-above-post-homepage addthis-toolbox at-wordpress-hide”
but I can’t find it in our CSS so am not sure if it is a theme issue or an addthis issue. .
January 29, 2015 at 8:24 pm #387947So all the other posts after me have replies, should I give up waiting?
January 30, 2015 at 10:37 pm #388567Hey!
I see where it’s being added.
<div data-url="http://www.cloudcoachinginternational.com/customer-success-7-steps-to-drive-great-interactions/" data-title="Customer Success: 7 Steps to Drive Great Interactions" class="at-above-post-homepage addthis-toolbox at-wordpress-hide"></div>
But there is nothing inside it. Can you send us a link to the plugin?
Cheers!

Did you create an addthis account? It is required to create one if you want to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/addthis/faq/

Please update the theme to the latest version (3.0.8).
Also, try increasing the memory limit to at least 128M:

Can you please check if the buttons come up with the default WordPress theme activated?

JosueOctober 28, 2016 at 7:02 am #705162Hi Josue,
I’m having the same issue that bakercom spoke about where plugins that usually display above/below a post on the single.php page are not appearing at all. Especially on the Masonry or any other non default blog post formats. The odd thing is that these plugins do appear above/below posts when on the advanced edit blog shortcode. But again not on Masonry, etc.
Look forward to thoughts.

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

RikardOctober 31, 2016 at 8:00 pm #706457Hi Rikard, I provided some private content. It’s a link to an explanation of what I’m talking about.
November 3, 2016 at 3:13 am #707477Hi,
I’m sorry but we do not provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. And this thread is about another plugin called “Addthis”. However, I think the issue is that the WP Post Rating plugin is using a default hook or filter which is not present in the masonry template. You may need to edit the config-templatebuilder > av-helper-masonry.php file. Please contact the plugin author for more info.
Best regards,
Ismael -
