    Hello,

    I would like to be able to use the category thumbnail, but alongside it add one additional image (see attached in private content). I read a number of posts but couldn’t proceed. I was hoping a new function would somehow accomplish this? I tried editing some of the woo templates in my child theme without success.

    Hey lzevon,

    Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this.

    As an alternate solution you can try a plugin which gives you similar functionality

    I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Hi Vinay, I’m the one who would do it, but the template I try to edit is causing a 500 error and so we’ve found an alternative solution. BTW, the plugin does something different than what we described or are looking for, but might help someone else who stumbles across this thread.
