additional information on the invoice

Hi, I would like to buy Enfold and pay for that product from funds received from with an external financing institution. The institution requires from me that at the invoice, there must be a specification of selected features of the product (it needs to be a concrete list of features with a very specific wording; I may provide you the list, and exactly the same list must be copied into the invoice). Is it possible?
If not, in what a form and when could I receive a formal confirmation that the product on the invoice has these specific list of features included?
