    I have a question
    At link below:

    all customizations for
    Additional CSS have disappeared.
    Can you find out how this happens?
    It’s not the first time.
    Luckily I made a copy of the page.

    We can’t find that out for you unfortunately, please make sure that you keep periodic backups of your site in case it should happen again.
