Hello. When we add a new section to the home page (see link in private content), the section (or sections if we add two+) disappear when the page is updated. It makes no difference what content might be in section(s), e.g. media, text boxes, accordion, you name it. Even empty sections disappear. We have tried every workaround imaginable, e.g. new sections, cloned sections. Nothing gets saved below the last section currently showing on page (headed by this text: “Creative Business Innovation.”) We have not encountered this problem in any other page in our website. Can you help us solve this? Thank you.

    Hey clbdcnpafe,
Typically this is due to unclosed tags, a quick check of your page source code revels a missing span tag in one of your toggles:

<h3><span style="color: #000000; line-height: 1.5;">How can a corporate sponsor truly leverage a performing artist corporate sponsorship originated by NPAFE? What about Image Compatibility, Audience Composition, Media, Exclusivity, Measurability, and all the other things that have to work well for a brand? How easy is this to do?</h3>

    There maybe others.
A easy way to check for unclosed tags is to Enable Avia Layout Builder Debug and copy all of the page shortcode and paste it into the Closing Tag Checker
Then correct the code and paste back into the debugger and save.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Mike, you are a genius … actually a double genius for working on a Sunday and answering this so quickly. Thank you. All seems to be working now; did you repair the code? And we will try the debugger for sure (the deaf will be leading the blind here, but we’ll figure it out…).

    All the best,

    Cliff

    Hi,
I didn’t repair the code because I don’t have a login, I looked at your source code in my browser to find the error, but you will still need to fix it.

    Best regards,
    Mike
