    Hi there,

    We would like to add a video slide to the LayerSlider on the Home page.

    We can see that we need to create a new slide and then add a video layer. Within the Video/Audio tab we embedded the following code: MqJH1fmBoJg (for reference, the video URL is: https://www.youtube.com/embed/MqJH1fmBoJg)

    However, the video does not display.

    Any advice appreciated?

    Could you try the regular YouTube URL instead, without the embed code?

    Hi,
    We did try that https://youtu.be/MqJH1fmBoJg and have reset it for you to see, same issue its not picking up the URL/setting?..

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi, I’ve added the video on the home page (please view) – it works fine, but we’d like it in the header on some pages.. If you can investigate please as we want to complete this site soon..

    I’m not sure what the problem was, but the website is loading fine now.

    Please can you check out why the video is not displaying in the Home page slider.

    Hi Basilis / Victoria,

    This has been an ongoing dialogue since 31 May (almost 3 weeks), and we have got nowhere. I think it would be helpful if only one of you – Basilis or Victoria – helps us. This is taking too long and sorry, but you are both losing the thread..

    We need the video to display in the Home page slider, which it does not. See slide 2. As noted, we have also placed the video below the Home page slider to illustrate that there is not a problem with the video.

    Many thanks Victoria – we have it working now!

    However, we have another issue now.. the video is looping within the LayerSlider. On my computer, it loops once before moving on to the next slide (which is as we want it) but on other computers it is looping 2 or 3 times before moving on to the next slide.

    Do you know how to set the video slide to loop just the once?

    Hi Andrea,

    You could try to play with the length of transition, make it a bit shorter and see if that works.
    Here is another doc, maybe we missed something.
