The help you gave me before was to a test page, I’ve now loaded the live page http://dentists.theimplantcentre.com/core-cpd-day/
A similar issue has appeared in that there’s a strange gap above and below The Implant Centre presentation plus it also doesn’t open when clicked.
April 30, 2015 at 4:18 pm #437555Hey Rupert!
That is weird. Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Cheers!
YigitApril 30, 2015 at 4:23 pm #437563They are all de-activated and it doesn’t seem to have made any difference
May 4, 2015 at 2:40 am #438668Hi!
Sorry for the late reply. I might have missed your old thread so I’m not really sure what space you are referring to, could you please provide us with screenshots highlighting the issue?
Cheers!

May 5, 2015 at 10:31 am #439613Hey!
I see, thank you. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.page-id-1525 .avia-builder-el-15{ display:none !important; }
Regards,
RikardMay 5, 2015 at 10:40 am #439618HELP, that hasn’t sorted it and it’s actually put a line through everything. I’ve removed the snippet of code but the line’s still there! http://dentists.admin.theimplantcentre.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-05-at-09.36.16.png
May 5, 2015 at 12:34 pm #439661This is also having a knock-on effect on the breadcrumbs and the portfolio filter on this page http://dentists.theimplantcentre.com/why-choose-us/leading-clinicians/. This is what I’m seeing http://dentists.admin.theimplantcentre.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-05-at-11.31.03.png
Please can you look into these issues asap.
May 5, 2015 at 1:52 pm #439687I’ve removed this element from the page until we resolve it, you can see it on this test page http://dentists.theimplantcentre.com/cpd-test/ please can you get back to me asap.

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.

You had the image in question on a new row and with a separator with a height of 150px so it’s not very strange that is was displaying the way it was. Maybe you could try to put your 1/5 elements in a left sidebar instead, I think that would be a lot easier approach.

May 7, 2015 at 8:11 am #440796Thanks Rikard but I’ve still got the gaps above and below The Implant Centre talk http://dentists.admin.theimplantcentre.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2015/05/Screen-Shot-2015-05-07-at-07.09.06.png
May 8, 2015 at 5:07 am #441364Hi!
Yes, because you haven’t closed open tags:
<b>Lunch<b></b>
I changed it to this on your test page:
<b>Lunch</b>
Now there’s no gap.
Cheers!
RikardMay 8, 2015 at 8:01 am #441427That’s great many thanks
