I want to add a search box or failing that a search icon to the main menu such that it works exactly like it does on the demo. I can not find any tutorial or even mention of “search” anywhere. I though it would be under Appearance -> Menus and search would be a menu item I could add. I am sure this must be simple since it is right there in the demo so it must be I am not doing something right but I can not figure it out. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have also tried adding the code below as a menu item and after messing with the CSS for ages I can see the search box albeit in the wrong place but when I do a search none of the returned results can be clicked on.
<form action=”http://www.divisionx.com/wp/” id=”searchform” method=”get” class=””><div><input type=”submit” value=”” id=”searchsubmit” class=”button avia-font-entypo-fontello” /><input type=”text” id=”s” name=”s” value=”” placeholder=’Search’ /></div></form>
Hey divisionx!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Make sure that you created a menu then set it as Enfold Main Menu on Appearance > Menus panel. The search icon should be enabled by default, if not, go to Enfold > Header > Extra Elements then enable the Append search icon to main menu.

Ismael
Thank you! I found it and enabled it and it works perfectly.
For the life of me I don’t know why I could not find it before. I expanded every section and looked under every tab under each section. Must be needing a break :-)
