Adding Schema.org code to Enfold

First of all, I’ve reviewed several of your posts, but don’t see any relating to pasting in code created from schema.org which is what I’d like to do. I notice there’s an “Automated Schema.org HTML Markup” area under the theme’s options. But, it would be nice to have an area where I could insert custom code. Does anything exist as a workaround or do I need to go into one of the files and customize? Thanks so much!
