    Hi,

    when I add a new page I have problems adding a product raster.
    Whenever I add it, I can’t safe the changes and get an error message named “updating went wrong. the answer is not a correct JSON Reply”

    You can log in using the attached login credentials. The error occurs when I add a new page and then add a section product raster.

    Hi,

    thanks for your answer. I followed your instruction and the json error message did go away.
    However, I still have trouble using the Product raster plugin.
    If I add it, the element placed before this plugin is not shown on the site anymore.
    For example on this page: https://taschenmeisterei.de/wp-admin/post.php?post=934&action=edit you can see that I have two elements placed on the page, but nothing is shown in the preview.
    What can I do?

    Hi Lisa,

    I’m not really sure what is going on what that page to be honest with you. I did try to create a test page though, and it worked as expected when I set it as the home page. Could you try creating a new page, then set that as your front page to see if that helps please?

    Hi,

    i tried creating a new page and still nothing of the elements is shown. The slider is not shown and also the products are not shown.
    It just stays blank.
    Can you check again?

    Hi,
    Thanks for the login to your site, I checked the page you linked to (shop) and the slider and the products are showing for me, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
    Are you still experiencing this issue?
    Try clearing your browser cache following these steps for Safari and note step 4 where you will Clear the History.
