Hi I have brought the theme but having trouble with resetting my password. It keeps saying ‘Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.’
The reason why I am trying to contact support is because I have purchased the Enfold theme and the Institute Directory plugin. The installation process went all ok for both the theme and plugin and the website is up and running. however when I try to add new listings it is not saving or working. I have contacted the plugin author and they have had a look to find the problem is with the theme. Can you please take a look for me and help with solving the issue. I am stuck with the website with not being able to upload any new listings or add images content etc.. I have given the login details below: http://www.makeprogress.co.uk

What is the problem with the theme exactly according to the plugin developers? Please try to be as specific as possible. Please note that the theme cannot be compatible with all plugins out there.

RikardHi Rikard, So I downloaded the enfold theme and and the institute directory plugin. I have installed both the theme and plugin onto my website. The plugin is supposed to work as a directory for listings schools, colleges and universities. I am having issues with adding new listings to the website. I have contacted the institute plugin and they have had a look to find the problem is with the theme. They have asked me to contact you as they believe you can fix the issue of displaying newly added listings. For example on the WordPress backend I add a new listing for university or school, the information I input does not save and display on the listings page on the front end of the website. I have also tried editing current listings which came with the installation and they don’t update either. So to be specific I am having issues with adding new business listings onto the website. Please feel free to try to add a school, college or university listing and see if it displays on the main website. I am sure it is a quick fix problem and would b very grateful if you can resolve the issue.

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

VinayCan you please take a look at least as we have found the problem is with the theme because the plugin works with any other theme but not the medical enfold theme. I would be very grateful if you could have a go at the WordPress backend and I am sure you will come across the issue please. Just try addding a university listing for example and you will find it not displaying on the front end of website.

Thank you for the update.
It seems to be working properly. Check the test post in the private field. Are you adding the info in the custom fields? The plugin has an actual meta box for the university info at very bottom of the editor. You should use that instead. We disabled the custom fields temporarily.
