I’d like to create a page with a standard right sidebar. But I’d like for it to begin, not under the slider (which I am using) but after one other Layout Element (4 boxes). So it would view: slider, 4 boxes stretching the same width as the slider, then the right sidebar with left wide content area.

Thank you for using Enfold.
The color sections and fullwidth sliders will always push the sidebar underneath. You can set the page layout to No Sidebar then use the Widget Area element as sidebar instead. Separate the content using column layouts.

So, other than the fullwidth sliders, no other column layout will push the sidebar down?
I’ve tried your method and for me to get a full length sidebar, I would have to use (for example) a 2/3 layout box with a 1/3 layout box. And within that 2/3 layout box, I would need to nest (for example) a 3 column box and so on.
From what I’ve tried, nesting a column layout within a column layout is not possible. Hence, my problem.December 2, 2014 at 3:56 pm #361470Hi!
Can you please post a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make? If we can see how exactly you would like you page to look, we may provide a workaround/solution

Thank you for the screenshot.
Create a page then set it to have a transparent header. Set the sidebar to right sidebar. Add full screen or full width slider at the very top then a color section below. Add the usual column layouts below the color section.

That’s an interesting work-around, which worked! The added “color section” does add an empty space between the slider and the column layout, but I suppose that can be modified or hidden in the CSS?Thanks.

Can you please post the link to your page? We may need a temporary admin login as well
Cheers!
