I want to add a Layerslider Slider to my Footer Widget column 3. It doesn’t work.
If I don’t have anything inside my Footer Widget Column 3, there is automatically shown all my Categories of my Blog. Why?
Hey H.O. GmbH,
What you are looking to do will likely yield unexpected results, but you can copy the shortcodes of the layerslider by activating debug mode under Enfold->Layout Builder->Show advanced options.
If your widgets don’t have any content, then they will be populated automatically by the theme.
Best regards,
Rikard
I did activate the show advanced options button, but still my shortcode isn’t working.
It just shows [layerslider id=”3″]
Is there any other option to show a slider inside my Footer?
first : i think the layerslider shortcodes will only work in different places – if you got the standalone layerslider registered.
but even if you got one – i wouldn’t do that on performance reasons.
But you can insert f.e. the shortcode for easy slider. You know how to style this easy slider on a page and get the enfold shortcode for that?
Next idea is : use the enfold option to show a page as footer. Then you can style that page with all the enfold elements – and with sliders too.
