Adding images to the top bar – height problem

I see the flag on the main menu now, can you please add it to the secondary so that we can see the issue and suggest some css for you?

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
  #header_meta .sub_menu {
    top: 3px;
  }
}
