Hi I am looking to add some new icons to the icon box for editing on the homepage? any idea how I do this? Also I would like to be able to add a border such as the one on this homepage, can you tell me how I would do this? It is the border around the icons where it says ‘This means we offer’.

You can insert the Horizontal Rule element on top and at the bottom of the icon boxes to create a border like effect.

IsmaelHI to add a custom made icon does it have to be in svg format or is there some way of doing it with an icon in png format?

You need the svg format or convert any vector format images to svg. https://github.com/fontello/fontello/wiki/How-to-use-custom-images
