    Hi,
    I’ve read all the docs and support threads on adding custom-made icons and have followed the advice, but have a problem.
    I created and added an icon yesterday via Photoshop, Illustrator and Fontello with no problem, but today the same process results in an empty square in the Iconbox. The icon I create shows up perfectly in Fontello so I have no idea what’s happening here.

    Can you please help guys, before I tear out the rest of my hair?!

    Hey Handyann,
    Sorry for the late reply, can you upload your Fontello icon file to dropbox with the function you are using to install it, so we can check, typically it’s a small naming issue that causes the most trouble.

    Hi Mike, no problem – I know you guys must be really busy.
    Actually, I solved the problem by accident and I’ll explain in case anyone else finds it useful.

    Having spent hours re-building the icons in different ways on AI and Photoshop, re-uploading them, saving and refreshing the pages all to no avail, I finally shut the laptop down in disgust. When I rebooted later, the icons were showing perfectly! After that, I just closed the pages I was working on after uploading more icons and opened them totally fresh, rather than just refreshing. Worked with no problems.

    Sometimes, you just want to scream!!
    Anyway, thanks for getting back to me!
