Is there a content element in the Avia for animated text or letters – similar to the animated text that appears on the Kriesi.at homepage (for number of themes..19 and happy customers…72,198 when the page loads? Is there an Avia Content Element for animated text that I’m missing or does this need to be added via shortcodes? If so, where is the link in the editor to the embedded shortcodes?

That is a customize info text script or plugin specifically for Kriesi.at. It is not included on the theme.
