    That changed the size but it was too large and when I tried to adjust it the icon was not centered (was cut on the bottom of the row and cut off on the bottom

    Try with this:

    #top .social_bookmarks li a{
        height: 52px;
    }
    #top .social_bookmarks li a {
        font-size: 26px;
    }

    That’s better, but it changes all the icons, not only the ones I want to change. Is there a way to set an icon font to bold? It’s not really the size that is an issue but that the academic icons appear lighter/finer than the standard icons.

    Thanks!

    No, i’m afraid no, iconfont weight can not be modified by CSS.

    Okay, I’ll leave it as is then. Thanks again for your help!
