On a site of a client, I used to have a required checkbox with a hyperlink that referred to the terms & conditions. Yet, without updating or anything else, the checkbox disappeared. It looks like the hyperlink causes the problems, when I get rid of it the checkbox appears again. The problem is that I need the checkbox to have a hyperlink.
Do you have any idea about what could be the problem?

I can see both the link and the checkbox, did you manage to get it fixed?

RikardThis is a temporary solution that I added last night. As you can see I’ve added a checkbox without the hyperlink and above is just some text with a hyperlink. The two words ‘algemene voorwaarden’, used to be a hyperlink right next to the checkbox. If I change those words to a hyperlink, the checkbox disappeares.

So it seems for me that you could fix it, right?
Otherwise please show us on screenshots exactly where on your page it does not work for you.

It seems to work fine on our installation. I’m sorry but you’re using an outdated version of the theme, 2.9.1. Please download the latest version, 3.0.8, from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP.
