Hello,
Please see below for my current website. How can I add a blog section onto the website, and have it shown on the menu bar to the left? Also, all of the current sections are anchors. With the blog, is it possible to have it open in a new page? Or can an anchor be used too? What are my options?
Thanks so much :)
October 18, 2016 at 3:32 am #700348Hello, I want to follow up on my question please.
October 18, 2016 at 4:08 pm #700726Hi,
1- Please go to Appearance > Menus and add your blog page into your main menu and save it. If you have not created a menu yet, please firstly create a menu and check “Enfold main menu” under Menu Settings.
2- Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-anchors-to-your-page-for-single-page-navigation/Best regards,
YigitOctober 23, 2016 at 7:09 am #702900Hello,
I am having trouble. I tried to add a new blog post (This is my first time using WordPress). When I did this, it replaced my website with the blog itself. I don’t want this to happen. I want to add a new section titled “blog” and want my blog entries to be kept there.
Thank you for the help.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Please see information below.
October 25, 2016 at 6:51 am #703591Hi,
Try adding your blog posts again. You needed to set the front to a static page and not your latest posts by going to Settings -> Reading on your dashboard.
Best regards,
JordanOctober 31, 2016 at 12:46 am #705922Hello,
Is there a tutorial on how to create blog posts? I want to create new blog posts, and add a section under the side bar for ‘blog’. Please see below.
October 31, 2016 at 8:58 am #706028Hey!
You would need to add a widget to the sidebar space there, which can include any other informations you want.
There is no other way to do that easier. Thanks a lot
Cheers!
