    they are not showing beneath each other as they should, they are side by side in mobile and the main menu button now does not work

    please have a look and advise

    very happy with the theme, but this is a fundamental issue

    please reply asap as we cannot show client until resolved

    look in mobile device and press main menu button to open main menu (top right)
    on click does nothing

    we have not changed anything from this great theme

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    hi

    give full permission to turn off plugins and to fix

    non-functioning MAIN MENU button

    in MOBILE VIEW

    currently as previously discussed, the main menu button is not working in any mobile device,

    it simply returns user to the start of the page.

    please fix asap,

    this site will be in 2 languages and we are using your enfold trans system for this

    please also make header, with logo and main menu button, static,

    so when i go down the page, it cannot be seen as it is only seen right at the top of the page when you start on that page

    Hi,

    Thank you for the kind words.

    1 ISSUE :Mobile menu not working.

    The mobile menu is not getting generated. There may be a corrupt js file due to which this is happening. Also there are some modifications added in functions.php

    We strongly suggest to use a child theme which will help you preserve the modification http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/

    Once you install the child theme you can import the main theme settings from Enfold > Import/Export > Import Settings from your Parent Theme.

    If that does not help please download a latest copy of the theme from themeforest and replace the theme folder via FTP in wp-content\themes – http://vimeo.com/67209750

    2. ISSUE : Header is not fixed when the page is scrolled.

    I checked for this issue but the header is fixed when i scrolled down the page please see attached screenshot.
    If you still do not see the header when the page is scrolled please let us know which browser and OS you are facing this issue on so we can further investigate this.
