I have added pages and moved pages from one parent to another. For some reason it is not updating. I do not think that I am missing any steps because when I went in and made all parent headers ALL CAPS, it made the changes.
March 3, 2016 at 7:54 pm #592869Hi Selsi21!
Sorry for the late reply!
Can you please elaborate on the issue you are having?Best regards,
YigitMarch 3, 2016 at 11:47 pm #593038If you look at the parent pages and the sub pages that I have set up, they do not match what is showing on my page. I want to see what I can do to make sure they match what is set up on the back end.
March 7, 2016 at 4:32 am #594038Hi,
I’m not sure what changes you have which do not update, could you give an example please?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 7, 2016 at 5:18 pm #594453If you look on the back end at the Selsi Communities page, you will see that I have several sub pages listed. But, if I look in the test site under Selsi Communities, the sub pages are not as they should be. They are not adjusting to what I have set up on the backend.

Thanks!
Nicole
March 7, 2016 at 5:50 pm #594485Hi!
You can find .htaccess file on the root of your WordPress installation (where you have your wp-config.php file etc.). You need to use a FTP client such as Filezilla. Please make sure to display hidden files. If you would like us to make the changes for you, please post FTP credentials here privately.

YigitMarch 7, 2016 at 11:55 pm #594672I am so confused:)
I did pull up FileZilla. Do I need to download the Client and the Server version. I am on a Windows machine.
If I have you all fix it for me, does it cost me anything?

March 8, 2016 at 3:35 am #594733Hi!
FTP account is different from WP account.
You have to login to your hosting control panel and create a FTP access.

Please check the screenshot below
There is something wrong with the FTP connection. Please re-create a new FTP account and check if it works if you get the same error please contact your hosting provider and let us know when the FTP issue is sorted so we can continue our work.
Cheers!
Vinay KashyapMarch 10, 2016 at 9:01 pm #596558OK. I spoke with the people at WordPress. They said to make sure that it is set up as Plain FTP. I had them look at my FTP settings and they said that it was set up properly. I will put the details in the private section that they said for me to make sure that you all have to log in.
Let me know if this helps you all log in.

YigitMarch 12, 2016 at 4:10 pm #597217OK….
I see that it is updating my live page http://www.selsienterprises.com, but it is not updating the temporary page that I am building out with your theme. I need to see the changes here as I make the changes with your theme.
I guess it does not automatically do it.
Can you help make this work?
March 13, 2016 at 12:21 am #597302I spoke with the people at BlueHost and they said that if you all used the ip address that I gave you as the host for the FTP, it should have worked. They are not sure what else to do on their end. They feel that maybe it is something that has to be adjusted on your end. Please help as soon as you can. I need to launch my site on Monday.
March 14, 2016 at 3:03 pm #597758Hey!
I created a private testing page called “test page” and was able to make changes on it and it updates just fine. I have a feeling that we might not be on the same page. Could you please elaborate a bit more on the issue you are having and perhaps write down instructions to reproduce it?
Best regards,
YigitMarch 14, 2016 at 11:44 pm #598032I can create a page and I can make changes on it. When I log in to my dashboard to look at the menu of pages that I have created, I do not see the same menu reflected when I go to view the page. For example, PARENT PAGE titles Selsi Communities should have sub pages when I go to view the page of Atlanta Live Streamers, Mompreneur Masterminds, Project Soul Fam, The Big Thinkers Academy, and The PINKpreneur Network. All of those sub pages are not listed when I go to view the updates.
I have listed the page in my dashboard that I am referring to where I list all of the pages I want on my site. I just want to see all of those pages reflected in the order that I have them in within my dashboard.
March 15, 2016 at 2:52 pm #598393Hey!
You should go to Appearance > Menus and add your submenu items to your parent menu item. I added “Atlanta Live Streamers” under “Selsi Communities” menu item and saved and it did work fine.
If that is still not what you mean, i am going to ask my teammates to check the thread because i just cannot understand the issue, sorry about that.Regards,
YigitMarch 15, 2016 at 11:45 pm #598702WooooooooHoooooooooo!!!!! Whatever you did, it works!!!!!!
I am soooooo EXCITED now. I was getting so frustrated with the purchase of the theme, but I know that people speak so highly of it.
Thank you!!!!
March 15, 2016 at 11:54 pm #598706Hey!
