    Good morning,
    For my customer’s site the add-to-card button on a single product page does not work.
    At least, it gives the message the product is placed in the cart but I don’t see it.
    On a product-category page there is no problem adding a product to the cart.

    What could be the problem?

    Hi Victoria,
    I’ve found the problem. The plug-in EWWW Image Optimizer was the culprit. Strange I don’t know what it has to do with buying a product. Maybe Ajax?
    Also strange that on a test server (different provider) there was no problem. The same site (back-up).

    Can you explain this?
    Anyway you may close the ticket.
