I am investigating this issue with Woocommerce as well. I cannot add to cart as the qty throws an error: “Please match the requested format Qty”
It started after the latest update of both Woocommerce and Enfold. Please advise.
July 5, 2016 at 9:30 pm #657259Hi jonathankenbrown!
That issue has not reported before.
Can you please disable any related plugins to woocomerce and try after if it works.
We would appreciate it that a lot. Thanks a lot
Regards,
BasilisJuly 6, 2016 at 2:21 am #657311If you are logged in, it appears the add-to-cart works. But if you are not logged, now it is throwing error 500.
I just want to pin point what is going on. My business is now came to a halt.
July 6, 2016 at 6:30 am #657333Hi!
If that is the issue, then most probably that happening because of some Cache that your web site is running on.
Please do check your cache by disabling it and check again if the cart is working.Keep us updated for the results pelase
Cheers!
BasilisJuly 6, 2016 at 3:23 pm #657515I am having the same problem after updating Woocommerce just now on http://kindertimberproducts.co.uk.
Some points:
– I am also using Enfold
– I have these Woocommerce plugins:
WC Fields Factory
WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator
WooCommerce WorldPay Gateway
WooThemes Helper
– It works okay on Safari on Mac and PC and i.e. on PC
– I have tried it 2 PCs on Firefox and Chrome and I get the pop-up on both.
Thanks
RobJuly 6, 2016 at 3:52 pm #657531PS I tried installing WP Super Cache plugin and clearing all cache but it didn’t work.
July 6, 2016 at 4:06 pm #657548Hey!
Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-2-6-problem-urgent/#post-650161
Cheers!
YigitJuly 6, 2016 at 4:29 pm #657569No Luck I’m afraid. I have followed the instructions on https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-2-6-problem-urgent/#post-650161, cleared all cache with wp super cache and the problem persists. i.e. I get “Please match the requested format Qty” and it doesn’t add to basket.
Please help, the shop is non-functional on the most popular browsers!
July 6, 2016 at 5:02 pm #657616Admin user login below if required.
July 6, 2016 at 7:48 pm #657694For me, when I disable Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife and SUMO Reward Points, things began to work. I can live without Swiss Knife, but Reward Points (from CodeCanyon) is a necessity, so I take this solution as a temporary work-around.
If any of you find the solution that works, please post!
EDIT:
Also, I restored my backup BEFORE WC database update. Same issue before and after.- This reply was modified 8 years, 4 months ago by jonathankenbrown.
July 7, 2016 at 1:36 pm #658008Hi
I have tried disabeling WC Fields Factory and WooThemes Helper plugins but it had no effect. I cannot disable the others as they are fundamental to the running of the shop. Please can you confirm somebody is looking into this. My client is losing sales and getting very stressed.
Thanks
RobJuly 8, 2016 at 5:50 am #658288Hi,
@fanlokbun: The notification is caused by the “WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator” plugin. There is probably a missing or misconfigured settings somewhere. Note that this third party extension is not fully configured in the theme so it may not work out of the box. Please contact the plugin author for more info.Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 8, 2016 at 11:57 am #658340Thanks Ismael
I have raised the issue with the plugin author Woothemes.
I have my doubts that “WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator” plugin is at fault because there is a product in our shop that doesn’t use it and I get the same error.
I have now rolled back to the old version of Woocommerce from a backup so my shop is now working but the problem can’t be seen. My client was losing sales.
If you leave this thread open I will let you know Woothemes reply.
Best

July 14, 2016 at 11:01 am #660768Hi,
I have the same problem with WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin and Enfold.
I’m getting crazy, please help me.July 14, 2016 at 11:17 am #660770Do you have a backup of the old version of Woocommerce? I replaced the updated version with the old and am waiting until they update the plugin or Kriesi lets me know they have found a bug.
RobJuly 14, 2016 at 8:17 pm #660997Hi @integraing,
Please try rolling back to the previous version if you are able to. Thanks Rob for helping out, much appreciated. Hopefully this problem will be solved sooner rather than later.

RikardJuly 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm #661232This is the reply I got from Woocommerce. Disabling the theme and other plugins that they suggest is not an option on a live shop. How do you think I should reply?
Thanks

Jul 14, 09:40 EDTHey there Rob,
Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch to a theme we know works, such as Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the plugin in question . If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
If that doesn’t help can I ask you to:
1. Confirm that you have performed the steps above
2. Grant us permission to perform the same troubleshooting steps as outlined aboveCheers!

please follow the instructions and let us know about your results.
Best regards,
AndyJuly 21, 2016 at 2:28 pm #663406I have installed a testing site. First I updated Woocommerce to 2.6.2 and the problem was still there. I then changed the theme to Twenty Sixteen and the problem disappears. I would say this indicates that there is a conflict with Enfold theme with Woocommerce and Woocommerce Measurement Price Calculator.
Testing site: http://kindertimberproducts.co.uk/staging/
Feel free to log in and investigate. Please use the same login previously supplied for staging site.
I replied to Woocommerce letting them know my findings This is their response:…With regard to the custom theme you are using, please have the developers update their theme to work with the latest version of WooCommerce. Often times this is not the case resulting in issues like this. You could also consider an industry standard WooCommerce theme like StoreFront which is free of cost for your store.
Thanks
RobJuly 25, 2016 at 2:45 pm #664668Hi,
The theme is compatible with WooCommerce but it’s impossible to support every third party extensions available in the market. We will try to debug the issue but we can’t assure that we will be able to fix it because we are not familiar with this plugin. Please provide the FTP details here.
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 25, 2016 at 6:51 pm #664758Many thanks Ismael.
FTP info below. Please remember to work on the staging site not the parent as it is a live shop.
btw the plugin is made by Woocommerce:

RobJuly 27, 2016 at 10:57 pm #665984Hi, same issue here. After updating WP to latest version 4.5.3 and latest Woocommerce 2.6.4. The Woocommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife 10.2.4 is causing the problem on my site. When disabeling this plugin, everything works fine. Problem is, I need the functionalities of the Swiss knife plugin like: datepicker on checkout and min. order quantities for some products.
Hope there is a solution for this problem.
Kind regards
July 28, 2016 at 2:45 am #666014Hi,
For a temporary fix, please follow the solution here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/conflict-between-woocommerce-measurement-price-calculator-and-enfold/#post-664965
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 8, 2016 at 1:23 pm #669791Thanks Ismael, I have done the temporary fix and it has worked. The stuff in the thread about making it a permanent fix by using the child theme was confusing and unclear whether it would work so I have not followed it. If there is a clear instructions on how to make this a permanent fix please post here.
Thanks
RobAugust 8, 2016 at 1:31 pm #669794Hey!
Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.7.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Regards,
YigitAugust 8, 2016 at 1:45 pm #669804Hi Yigit,
It is running version 3.7.1.
Why? Is it supposed to fix the problem without the temporary fix? Because I tested it and it didn’t.
Thanks
RobAugust 9, 2016 at 2:48 pm #670339Have this problem as well. Adding the given code in the functions will cause the minus and plus symbol to disappear. Is there a proper fix already?
August 12, 2016 at 1:30 am #671598Hi,
Add the following in the functions.php file:
add_action('init', function() { wp_dequeue_script( 'avia-woocommerce-js' ); wp_enqueue_script( 'avia-woocommerce-child-js', get_stylesheet_directory_uri().'/js/woocommerce-mod.js', array('jquery'), 2, true ); }, 11, 1);
Create a folder called “js” inside the child theme with the woocommerce-mod.js file inside. Remove the specified code in the previous thread.
Best regards,
