Hi there,
Was wondering how possible it is to add our own option in the actual theme settings panel so all my theme options are avaialble form the same place from my client.
Is this possible ?thanks for any ideas !

Yes though it isn’t something we can really walk you through. Kriesi has pretty good inline documentation for the framework so looking through the associated files is your best guide.
