How do I add space–padding or margin–around pictures that I insert into pages? My text is pretty much up against the photo…
January 8, 2015 at 5:35 pm #376920Hey alex2545!
Can you post the link to your page where we can see an example so we can provide you a more accurate custom CSS code?
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 10, 2015 at 4:25 am #377690unfortunately it’s under maintenance mode, so you wouldn’t be able to access it. I’m just trying to insert an inline photo in text. With other photos when I insert a photo, I can click on the photo again if I want to edit a setting on the photo (justification, size, margins, etc). I don’t see I can do that here, I always have to delete it and place a photo again (?….)

How are you inserting the images?

JosueJanuary 10, 2015 at 6:30 am #377729I open my page, in the Avia editor, click Text Block, move my cursor to the front of my text, click Add Media button, then it opens media gallery, insert into page. I don’t have a chance to identify margins or padding….
January 10, 2015 at 6:48 pm #377822Hey!
You should be able to edit the image after inserted (alignment, size), however adding margins is not something the WordPress editor includes by default.
Cheers!
JosueJanuary 11, 2015 at 5:15 pm #377977Ah, thank you Josue for posting that picture. Mine looks exactly like that except I don’t see the little “pen” or “X” when I click on the photo. Suggestions?
January 11, 2015 at 10:03 pm #378044Ok, I think I found it. I don’t get a little pen or tiny X but I do get a small submenu at the top of the browser that allows me to change justification or replace the picture. I just added some inline CSS in the WP text editor to give me my padding.

Best regards,
