    Hello,

I’m showing 3 user references on my website for my product: https://savvyify.com/img/image/screen-shot-2022-02-06-114031-pm.f5ou

While displaying the 3 next to each other looks great on Desktop, it’s too much content underneath each other on Mobile.

How can I add a slider for Mobile / smaller screens so that not all 3 references show but only 1 at a time and if the user wishes to see more, she/he can click on 3 dots below the text to see more review(s)?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hey markus-fischer,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Have you tried setting the Styling > Testimonial Style to the second or third option to display the testimonial items in a slider instead of grid? You can also use the Advanced > Responsive Settings > Element Visibility options to toggle the visibility of the element on certain screen sizes.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hey @Ismael

Which slider should I use to be able to apply “Styling > Testimonial Style”?

I see 3 options that may work based on their title (however it’s difficult for me to know as there are a lot of sliders to choose from):
    1) Content Element > Content Slider
    2) Media Element > Accordion Slider
    3) Media Element > Advanced Layer Slider

Which one shall I use to achieve the testimonial slider?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

You can actually set the Testimonial element to display as a slider. Please edit one your testimonial elements in the builder, then look for the Testimonial Style settings in the Styling tab.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi @Ismael

The testimonial element doesn’t fit the rest of my page at all. Please see screenshot attached: https://savvyify.com/img/image/gFh8
I want the reviews to be displayed in 3 text boxes next to each other so they fit the rest of the website.

Please also see the 2nd screenshot (https://savvyify.com/img/image/gH7B) which shows the reviews how I added them as normal text blocks. It looks a lot better.

The only thing I would need to solve for is to display the 3 1/3 columns (with a text box in each) next to each other / as a slider.

How can I achieve that to display 3 1/3 columns as a slider, no matter if the content is a testimonial or sth. else?

Thank you again for your advice!! :-)

I played around more with the Testimonial Slider and tried all the layout options. It doesn’t work for me.

I’d like to have a simple slider for text boxes that only activates on mobile screens and where the user can go to the next slide by clicking on 3 dots below the slider. (Due to the text there’s no space to display arrows left and right)

Thank you in advance for your suggestion!! :-)

    Hi @Ismael @yigit @guenni007

As it has been 2 days and I would like to resolve the topic of the slider, would it be possible to get your advice and support on it please?

I would really appreciate it! :-))

    Hi,
Thank you for your patience, I believe that you have missed the slider option at: Testimonials ▸ Styling ▸ General Styling ▸ Testimonial Style

The slider shows one testimony at a time on desktop or mobile so if you set the Advanced > Responsive Settings > Element Visibility options to toggle the visibility of the element only on mobile it should work as you wish.
This is the example I created, linked below.
