Somehow i see this “Add Shortcode” notification and it does NOT go away. Please indicate how to remove it. thanks.

Your site is asking for an activation code after logging in, could you provide us with that as well please?
An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.
