I need help making this work :
Here are the instructions I received followed by my attempted explanation.
A- I need to add the following code to a specific page of my website :

B- I need to insert this code into the header of teh same page :
<script src=”http://asp2.softhuissier.com/v1/_inc/js/md5.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>Implementing A seemed pretty straightforward and I used the “source code” section of Tiny MCE to make it work, the form appears correctly on the webpage (http://huissier-constat-toulouse-31.fr/espace-prive/)
The issue I’m having is with the B part where a remote Javascript is supposed to take the information entered in the A section, automatically add a third field that will always be “darbon.com” and authenticate on another website (http://webclient.softhuissier.com/v1/).Where and how should I add this Javascript code ?

You can try the javascript in a code block, if that doesn’t work then please try this in your functions.php file:
