    Hey guys,

    I’m experiencing the following error message when attempting to “Add New” plugin to all of my client sites that have the Enfold theme installed.

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    I have received a response from a support ticket I raised with my hosting provider. They have stated, that as far as they can see, this is not a server related issue and to contact the theme provider for further support on this issue.

    I’m getting the same error message across all of my client sites. So I’m currently unable to add new plugins to any of my sites.

    Any guidance much appreciated!
