Add images to head container under menu

Hey there,

I would like to have these three “buttons” in the form of a images with links directly under the menu like I show in the image. (see below)

However, they would need to be responsive as the width of the screen minimizes.

Currently the layout is logo left menu right.

It would actually be nice to be able to add a widget to the header and then just edit the widget instead of modifying the theme in any way.
