    I’ve added icon sets before on Enfold theme with ease on another demo site but for whatever reason I’m baffled and my web hosting VPS server tech people are baffled. We took selected “one” Fontello Icon set…got a zip file then added it to the Import/Export feature and it says it can’t load because the server is not responding? Tech support at Hostgator tried it on their end with their browser and it doesn’t want to load. We even tried loading from the Media Library.

    We then went to Flaticon’s and did the same thing and it gives us the same issue in loading into Enfold.

    However, here’s the strange thing…we can add these zip files into our Media Library with no problem. But if we select it to be added to the Enfold Theme it won’t take it.

    We’re at a loss as to what the problem is. We have to Dedicated VPS servers with max upload file size as well as double the php memory limit but we can’t add it.
    We have the most recent version of Enfold and the Most recent WordPress Version.

    Hey rcano,

    some servers refuse if if upload/import time is taking too long. So talk to your host about this issue. Also try it with a default WP theme to check if you get similar results or not and let us know about them here.

    I was fairly certain it wasn’t a Theme issue and I had already tested it with the basic WP Theme and it still didn’t work. Unfortunately it was like pulling teeth working with my web hosting company. I couldn’t get anyone over there to understand that the ZipArchive Module was not installed in my Dedicated VPS server. I finally got a hold of an advanced Tech person and they finally physically accessed the WHM and enabled that module to be “added” to my CPanel options. I could see where I had to toggle it to add to my server..the problem is it was blocking me from choosing the module and adding it. We’re good to go..in the meantime I had them check my two other servers and they too didn’t have that module enabled. I’m good to go now. Thanks for your quick reply.
