    We’re having an issue where we’re trying to add HTML for a form that starts a support case in our CRM (salesforce.com). We add the HTML into a text box and it shows up great on the page. But then if we go in to make other changes to the page, the form is gone and messes up anything after it on the page.

    Is there a different way we should be adding this, could we be doing something wrong or is this a bug?

    Thank you for the link.

    First of all, you’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.5.4. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    After the update, try to add the HTML codes using the Code Block element.
