add google fonts

I tried following what is written here
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/register-additional-google-fonts-for-theme-options/

to add the google font Raleway

but it doesnt seem to be working

i have tried a couple version of it none of them work
currently using

add_filter( ‘avf_google_content_font’, ‘avia_add_content_font’);
function avia_add_content_font($fonts)
{
$fonts[‘Raleway’] = ‘Raleway’;
return $fonts;
}
