    i am trying to insert this red button in the main menu but using css does not work, it takes the height of the header size.

    Any idea? maybe widget with button?

    Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    nav.main_menu #menu-item-3327 .avia-menu-text {
    background: red;
    padding: 10px 15px;
    color: white;
}
