Add date to masonry portfolio entries

Hello

My client wants the items shown in the fullwidth masonry on the front page to appear with title, date and price of each item.
At the moment only Title is shown. One way to do this is do set the settings so that both Title and Excerpt are shown and then manually fill in the date and price in the excerpt on each portfolio entry (item). I have done this on the item “Victorian Milk Churn Cart” on the right hand side of the masonry on the frontpage. This looks alright but its obviously not ideal.
I realize that using the Excerpt to display the price is the way to go, but is there an easier way to display the date the item was added?
