Add custom css on an element level from within Layout Builder

Is there a way to add margins or padding from within the builder itself without having to leave the builder interface and go to “General Styling” and “Quick CSS”?

I just want to tweak the position of an image and can’t seem to understand why there isn’t a way to add that on an “element” level. Unless I am missing it. I’ve used other themes such as Divi and it’s build right into the elements themselves.

Please advise.
