    Hi, I’m looking for a possibility to add Categories and Tags to Pages, too, but without a Plugin.

    Any Solution available? Writing something to the Child Theme Functions.php or something else?

    Hey Johannes,

    There are no categories for pages by default in WordPress, I’m not sure what would the point of adding it to be honest? Could you use a post instead maybe? Otherwise you could simply link to the category page from the page in question. Please try to explain a bit further what you are looking to achieve and link to the site you are working on.
