add button to content slider

Hi,

I’ve added a ‘content slider’ to my page. It works fine, but i’m not happy with the looks of the ‘next’ and ‘previous’ buttons.
Not sure if i can add images to this request, otherwise i could show you how i would like it.
I’d love some kind of arrow of the left (in de middle – height) of the contentslider, and another one to the right of it.

I’ve also placed some images in this content slider. Everywhere on my site I turned of the ‘mouse-over effect’ on images. But in this contentslider it still works. How can i turn that off?
