Hi!
You can remove border with following code
.page-id-3178 .container_wrap { border-top: none!important; }
Best regards,

You should add all css modifications on the Quick CSS field or custom.css. Please use this to move the content upwards and remove the line on top of the large image:
.html_header_top.html_header_sticky .page-id-3178 #wrap_all #main { padding-top: 0; margin-top: -1px; }
Please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress for further customization.

I think you need to change your layout from Stretched to Boxed.

Yes, that will affect other pages. Right now, there is no way to apply boxed/stretched layout to certain pages only.
Cheers!

Is that some sort of a landing page? you could set-up another WP installation for that page only and have it Boxed.

Disable the background option from the theme options and add this to the Quick CSS instead:
.page-id-3178 .main_color { background: #000000 url(https://www.union-sport.com/new/wp-content/themes/enfold/images/background-images/wallpaper-cf2-1680x1050V3.png) center center repeat fixed; }
So it only gets applied to that page.

Not from Enfold or WordPress, that depends on the hosting disk size quota you have contracted.
