    Hello,
    I want to know if is possible to add a link of my choice in the contact form. I found out how to insert the link to the Privacy Policy via the provided short-code – I used a workaround and set-up the link to my Terms and Conditions page, because it’s more relevant for me. But it would be even better if I could include the link to the Privacy Policy page as well. And, to do the same to both versions in German language (linking to the german version of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, on the german page I created for this). I saw a solution by Guenni007 from 2018 – reply nr 940989, but it did not work for me.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Have you tried inserting a Custom HTML field to the contact form? You can use this to add descriptions with custom links and other elements. Please edit the contact form, add a new field, then set the Content > Form Element Type to Custom HTML: Add a description.

    Hi Ismael,

    thanks. Unfortunately I don’t know any coding. But if it works like that I will find someone to do it on my behalf. May I ask, is it then just a description with a link or does it include a checkbox as well? Because what I want to achieve is a classical mandatory checkbox with “I read and accept the terms and conditions(link) and the privacy policy(link) below the registration(contact) form.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    If you need to append privacy policy message to the contact form with a checkbox, you can do so in the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Privacy Policy panel. Look for the “Append a privacy policy message to template builder contact forms?” option and enable it. You don’t need to add the Custom HTML field.

    Hi,
    yes I know, this is what I already did, just that I used my terms and conditions page instead. But what I need is a checkbox with both links, Privacy Policy page AND terms and conditions page – see screenshot below. How can I achieve that?

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    Have you tried adding a new “Checkbox” element to the contact form field? Make sure that the Form Element Validation is set to “Is not empty”. The custom links can be added in the Form Element Label field.

    Hi,

    You can use the link or a tag to create custom links. For example, you can add this code in the Form Element Label field.

    A <a href="https://kriesi.at/support/">link to nowhere</a> and another <a href="https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/">link to elsewhere</a>

    Just replace the URL with your own.
