Add a font available in headers that is not available in body text

I would like to add the font ‘Quattrocento’ that is listed in the Headers section, and use it in the body text, where the options are more limited.
I saw that one response was to start a Child’s theme and add code.
I am new to WordPress and don’t understand what would be the advantage / disadvantage to doing this.
Is there a line of code I can add to Enfold instead, without changing to the ‘Child’ version?
